de Havilland DH.82A Tiger Moth MSN 82075 (Gipsy Major #80990): Taken on charge by the RAF as N6805 at 6 MU RAF Brize Norton, Oxfordshire 13.5.39. To 38 E&RFTS Carlisle, Cumberland 27.6.39. To 6 EFTS RAF Sywell, Northamptonshire 15.10.39. To 9 MU RAF Cosford 30.8.46. To AOP School, RAF Middle Wallop, Hampshire 14.7.50; coded "BD-Z". Unit Renamed Light Aircraft School 3.4.53. To RAF Old Sarum Communications Flight, Old Sarum, Salisbury, Wiltshire 30.7.53. To 9 MU RAF Cosford 22.11.53 for storage pending disposal
Struck off charge as Cat.5(c) and sold as parts 13.7.54 to Robert Stuart Rickard/Aero Exploration. Overhauled by Wiltshire School of Flying, Thruxton, Hampshire in July 1955. Allocated German Registration D-EDYN on 16.5.55 (ferry permit issued 8.6.55) and formally registered 20.10.55 to Emil Kemmer, t/a Jugendhorst der Fliegende Pater, Bonn-Hangelar; (regd with c/n E-7).
Written off (damaged beyond repair) when crashed at Bonn-Hangelar, St. Augustine, Hangelar, North Rhine-Westphalia, West Germany, 18.1.56. Registration D-EDYN cancelled 19.1.56.
