Narrative:Stalled at a low height on approach and crashed at Tambo, Queensland 24/3/1927, killing all three on board on impact. This accident was the first to be the subject of an investigation by Australia's newly-formed AAIC (Air Accident Investigation Committee) as "AAIC Report No. 1". It was also the first fatal accident for the airline, QANTAS
